Photo tips
Use a clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face and any distinctive features — unique markings, different colored eyes, a signature patch of fur — are easy to see. Natural light works best. If something special about your pet isn't visible in the photo, just describe it in the customization field.
What to write
Short and specific beats long and vague. Lead with the main idea:
- •“Wearing a Santa hat, standing on a snowball”
- •“Sleeping on a crescent moon”
To leave something out, just say so at the end: “Wearing a party hat — do not include the collar.”
If something feels off
Try a clearer photo, simplify your idea, or add a note about a key feature. Small tweaks usually do the trick.
