Because every sticker is custom-made, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis — but we want you to love what you get, and we'll always do our best to make it right.
Defects & printing errors
If your order arrives with a clear defect — blurry or distorted printing, misaligned cutting, or damage during shipping — we'll issue a full refund.
Everything else
If you're unhappy for any other reason, reach out and we'll work with you. Refund eligibility is reviewed case by case.
How to request a refund
Email stuck@sploothy.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order ID.
